How do I exchange items not suitable for current weather?Updated 24 days ago

We understand that sometimes the items you receive may not be suitable for the current weather in your area. We are happy to assist you with an exchange for more weather-appropriate clothing. Please visit our Exchange Request page and submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order. Select the items you wish to exchange and provide a reason for each.

Once your exchange request is received, you will ship the items back and your replacements will be included in your next package. If you want your replacement items sooner feel free to select expedited shipping for an additional $14.99 fee.
