In What Cases May An Exchange Request Be Rejected?Updated 5 months ago

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which applies to items from your current order only. We’re unable to accommodate exchanges for previous orders, for sizes not offered by our service, or for Bonus/Holiday Collection items. Additionally, items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after wear cannot be exchanged. If such items are returned, we’ll need to send them back to you.
